摘　　要：城市核心区的大型医院经过数十年发展,已难以满足当前使用需求,亟待更新。周边复杂的城市环境和院内紧张的发展空间,给城市核心区大型医院的更新改造带来了极大的挑战。以中国中医科学院广安门医院项目为例,基于调研摸底,对院区进行系统性功能织补和流程再造,以达到提质、增效、突出人文关怀、宣传中医文化的目标。在此基础之上,对实践经验进行总结归纳,提出城市核心区大型医院的更新改造策略,为其他类似项目提供参考和借鉴。After decades of development,the large hospitals in the urban core area have been unable to meet the current usage needs and urgently need to be updated.The complex urban environment and the tight space in the hospital have brought great challenges to the renovation of large hospital in the urban core area.Taking the project of Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences as an example,based on research,the hospital area was systematically functional darned and process re-engineered to reduce the cost and improve the quality,as well as the design goal of increasing humanistic care and promoting Chinese medicine culture is achieved.On this basis,practical experience is summarized and strategies for the renovation of large hospitals in urban core areas are proposed,providing references for other similar projects.
