摘　　要：分析带量采购政策背景下医院骨科管理面临的挑战,并探索医院骨科管理模式的升级方案。以中日友好医院骨科为例,阐述了其管理模式的创新,降低了骨科管理存在的潜在风险,而且在骨科产品实物管理、信息管理、服务管理层面均有成效提升。It analyzes the challenges faced by hospital orthopedics management under the background of volume-based procurement policies,explores the upgrade plan for hospital orthopedics management models.Taking the Department of Orthopedics of the China-Japan Friendship Hospital as an example,it explains the innovation of its management model,which has reduced the potential risks in orthopedic department management and has achieved effective improvements in physical management of orthopedic products,information management,and service management.
