摘　　要：以内蒙古自治区人民医院为例,介绍了高值医用耗材管理概况,梳理了高值医用耗材管理发展过程,指出了基于SPD的高值医用耗材管理模式存在的问题,阐述了改进措施并分析了效果。实践证明,基于智慧物联网的二级库管理模式对于介入手术室耗材的科学化、精细化、智能化管理水平的提升具有积极作用。Taking Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital as an example,it overviews the high-value medical consumables management,combs the development process of high-value medical consumables management,points out the existing problems of high-value medical consumables management model based on SPD,and explains the improvement measures and analyzes the effect.Practice has proven that the secondary warehouse management model based on the intelligent Internet of Things has a positive effect on improving the scientific,refined and intelligent management level of interventional operating room consumables.
