摘　　要：高值医用耗材点评是指导耗材使用的重要手段。以浙江省中医院为例,通过规范管理制度、建立多部门联合点评小组、完善点评指标、优化点评结果讨论与申诉机制等措施,降低了科室耗材收入占比和脊柱类手术中非常规植入耗材的使用率。The review of high-value medical consumables is an important tool to guide the use of consumables.Take Zhejiang Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine as an example,by standardizing the management system,establishing a multi-departmental review team,improving the review index and optimizing the review result discussion and appeal mechanism,the department's revenue share of consumables and the utilization rate of unconventional implanted consumables(bone cement)in spinal-type surgery were reduced.
