医院老旧病房楼边运营边改造的实践分析

摘　　要：随着人民群众对医疗服务品质要求的提高,医院提升改造工程成为医院基本建设的热点,而边运营边改造是大多数医院改造中面临的难点问题。文章以某院老旧病房楼的改造方案为实例,分析了边运营边改造的施工难点,阐述了应对方案,总结了改造经验,为医院老旧病区改造工作提供参考。With the improvement of people's requirements for the quality of medical services,the hospital upgrading and renovation project has become a hot spot for hospital construction,and transformation while operating is a difficult problem in most hospital renovations.Taking the renovation of old ward buildings as an example,this paper analyzes the construction difficulties of renovation while operation,expounds the response plan,summarizes the renovation experience,and provides reference for the renovation of the old ward of the hospital.
