摘  要:减压塔持续运行一段时间后,由于盐累积导致减一集油箱及抽出管线堵塞,减一线油外送及回流量减少,减一泵时常出现流量不足、振动甚至抽空现象,同时减顶温度及真空度频繁波动。为解决上述问题同时尽量减少对生产的影响,在装置开工情况下用热媒水对减一集油箱及抽出管线进行在线水洗。根据4个阶段水洗污水检测结果,污水含盐量由第1阶段的15.925g/L降低至第4阶段的最低1.000g/L,减一段运行恢复结盐前状态,减压塔在线水洗达到预期目的。After continuous operation of the vacuum tower for a period of time,due to the accumulation of salts,the oil collection tank and extraction pipeline of thefirst vacuum line are blocked,resulting in a decrease in the external and returnflow of thefirst vacuum line oil.Thefirst vacuum pump often experiences insufficientflow,vibration,and even evacuation,as well as frequentfluctuations in the top temperature and vacuum degree.To solve the above problems while minimizing the impact on production,hot medium water is used for online water washing of thefirst oil collection tank and extraction pipeline during the operation of the device.According to the results of the four stages of water washing wastewater detection,the salt content of the wastewater decreased from 15.925g/L in thefirst stage to the lowest 1.000g/L in the fourth stage,and the operation was reduced by one section to restore the pre salt state.The online water washing of the vacuum tower achieved the expected goal.
