摘　　要：氨压机作为催化装置配套酸性水汽提装置氨精制单元的重要设备,在生产运行过程中发生故障后易影响装置正常运行。本次研究以此为出发点,对氨压机在生产运行中常见问题和故障现象展开分析,对采取相应的预防措施和处理对策方面进行具体探讨,为同类型活塞式压缩机预防维护、避免故障提供参考。Ammonia press is an important equipment for ammonia purification unit of acidic water vapor extraction unit of catalytic unit.It is easy to affect the normal operation of the unit when the fault occurs during production and operation.This study takes this as a starting point,analyzes the common problems and fault phenomena of ammonia compressor in production and operation,and discusses the corresponding preventive measures and treatment countermeasures,providing reference for the prevention and maintenance of the same type of piston compressor and avoiding faults.
