摘　　要：利用吸枪法氦质谱检漏仪对天然气生产装置检漏现场氮气中氦含量进行快速测定,建立吸枪法氦质谱检漏仪对氮气中氦含量准确测定的方法,并考查了分析方法性能,该方法具有良好的线性关系及较低的检出限,重复性好,准确度高,准确可靠。Utilized the helium mass spectrometer sniffing probe leak detector to rapid determination the helium content of nitrogen in the gas production plant,the accurate measurement method was established.Examined the veracity of the method,the method can obtain good repeatability,good linear relationship and low detection limit,the experimental results show the efficiency and feasibility of the method.
