摘　　要：主要针对断裂落井过电缆封隔器需要偏心打捞的问题,设计出了合适的偏心短节,配合相应的打捞工具,实现对落鱼的快速打捞,目前已在南海西部油田多井次修井过程中成功应用。This paper mainly aims at the problem of eccentricfishing for the through-cable packer,designed a suitable eccentric drill nipple,combined with the correspondingfishing tools,to realize the rapidfishing of fallingfish,and has been successfully applied in the process of multi-well workover in the west oilfield of the South China Sea.
