摘 要:稠油大位移井由于埋藏浅/水垂比大,在热采举升过程中井筒沿程散热较常规井更加明显,以渤海油田馆陶组稠油井为例,建立大位移井井筒传热模型,结合稠油粘温变化曲线,推导热采举升效率的计算方法,并对其影响因素进行敏感性分析。结果表明举升效率主要与水垂比、注采转换温度、油管隔热效率以及含水率有关。随着水垂比增大,举升过程中热损失增加,举升效率呈下降趋势;大位移井注采转换温度可适当提高;含水升高带来的影响应从井筒温度升高和粘度增大两方面综合考虑。研究成果为现场稠油大位移井轨迹设计、注采转换制度以及隔热油管选型提供参考,具有一定指导意义。Extended reach well of heavy oil,because of the large vertical shallow/water ratio in the process of thermal recovery of elevator shaft along the heat dissipation is conventional well more apparent,in this paper,the Bohai oilfield guantao heavy oil Wells,for example,extended reach well Wells,wellbore heat transfer model is established,combining heavy oil viscosity-temperature curve,push mining lifting efficiency calculation method of thermal conductivity,and the factors of influence on sensitivity analysis.Lifting efficiency is mainly related to horizontal to vertical ratio,injection-production conversion temperature,tubing insulation efficiency and water content.With the increase of horizontal to vertical ratio,heat loss increases in lifting process and lifting efficiency presents a downward trend.The injection-production conversion temperature of extended reach Wells can be increased appropriately.The influence of rising water cut should be considered from two aspects:rising wellbore temperature and increasing viscosity.The research results can provide reference for the design of heavy oil well trajectory,injection-production conversion system and thermal insulation tubing selection,and have certain guiding significance.
