摘　　要：随着重庆市南川页岩气田开发步伐不断加快,试气作业作为页岩气开发不可或缺的重要施工工序,装置的高度橇装化是重要手段之一。为了更加深刻了解认识橇装设备在页岩气试气过程中的作用,结合试气现场应用实例,通过对试气设备进行撬装化集成改进,不仅实现设备快速搬迁及安装,提高施工效率,其中试采一体化撬、压裂井口操作平台、移动式水泥基墩在重庆页岩气工区内得到了快速推广装置橇装化有着巨大的发展潜力,不仅能够缩短气田试气工期,保证建设质量,方便维护管理,而且能有效降低施工的基础建设投资。As the development of Nanchuan Shale Gas Field in Chongqing continues to accelerate,gas testing is an indispensable and important construction process for Shale gas development,and the rapid and efficient completion of construction preparation plays an important role in the smooth operation of the project.The high skid mounted device is one of the important means.In order to have a deeper understanding of the role of skid mounted equipment in Shale gas gas testing,the skid mounted integrated improvement of gas testing equipment,combined with the field application examples of gas testing,not only realizes the rapid relocation and installation of equipment,but also improves the construction efficiency.Among them,the pilot production integrated skid,fracturing wellhead operation platform,and mobile cement pier have been rapidly popularized in the Shale gas work area,which has huge development potential,Not only can it shorten the gas field testing period,ensure construction quality,facilitate maintenance and management,but it can also effectively reduce infrastructure investment in construction.
