摘 要:研究金属防腐涂料对金属材料的安全具有重要意义,石墨烯良好的物理化学性能为提高防腐涂料性能提供了新的思路.以少量还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)为填料,制备了系列低锌石墨烯环氧防腐底漆,重点考察了RGO用量、颜基比对制得防腐涂层硬度、耐弯曲、耐冲击等基本物理性能以及防腐性能的影响.实验结果表明:颜基比是影响低锌石墨烯防腐底漆性能的关键因素,在低锌粉用量(35%)条件下,少量RGO的引入可以与锌粉形成良好的协同作用有效提升底漆的长效防腐性能,优化组成的防腐底漆产品耐盐雾实验时间可达1450 h以上,具有一定的应用潜力.The study of metal anti-corrosion coating is of great significance for the safety of metal materials.The excellent physicochemical properties of graphene provide new ideas to improve the performance of anti-corrosion coatings.A series of low-zinc graphene epoxy anti-corrosion primers were prepared with a small dosage of Reduced Graphene Oxide(RGO)as filler.Investigating the effects of the dosage of RGO and the pigment-base ratio on the basic physical properties such as hardness,bending resistance,impact resistance and anti-corrosion properties of the produced anti-corrosion coatings.The results show that the pigment-base ratio is the key factor affecting the performance of the low zinc graphene anti-corrosion primers,under the condition of low zinc powder dosage(35%),the introduction of a small dosage of RGO can form a good synergy with zinc powder to effectively improve the long-lasting anti-corrosion performance of the primers.The optimized composition of the anti-corrosion primers products can withstand salt spray test time of more than 1450 h,which has certain application potential.
