摘 要:铸件端盖作为电机的重要零部件之一,有着至关重要的作用。合理设计的端盖不仅可以简化其加工工序,缩短加工时间,还能保证电机稳定运行。尤其是对于高压大功率电机,强度高、可靠性好、安全系数高的铸件端盖能保证电机装配精度,减少电机运行时的机械振动和噪音,既保护了电机轴承、内部定转子等零部件,也能间接保障人员安全。从解决实际问题的角度出发,在合理考虑多种方案的前提下,采用最经济有效的方法对高压大功率电机铸件端盖进行三维模型优化,并进行有限元仿真。优化后的样品端盖不仅在加工过程中定位更加准确合理,夹装过程中的应变变形也大幅减少,满足设计尺寸精度要求,为后续设计提供理论依据。As one of the important components of the electric motor,the casting end shield plays a crucial role.A reasonably-designed end shield can not only simplify its manufacturing process and shorten processing time,but also ensure stable operation of the motor.Especially for the high-voltage large-power motors,the casting end shield with high strength,good reliability and high safety factor can ensure the assembly accuracy of the motor and reduce the mechanical vibration and noise of the motor during running,which can not only protect the motor bearings,stator,rotor and other parts of the motor,but also indirectly guarantee the safety of personnel.From the perspective of solving practical problems,the most economical and effective method is adopted under the premise of reasonable consideration of multiple solutions to carry out 3D model optimization and finite-element simulation.The optimized sample end shield not only can more accurately and reasonably position during the processing,but also significantly reduces strain deformation during clamping,which meets the dimensional accuracy requirements in design and provides a theoretical basis for subsequent design.
