摘  要:随着弹簧隔振技术逐渐成熟,针对国内某电厂汽轮机发电机基础的振动问题,通过理论计算及构建汽轮机发电机和基础台板模型,并进行有限元仿真得到相关模态数据,分析了汽轮机发电机组安装弹簧隔振器后的隔振效果,并对汽轮机发电机组基础台板安装弹簧隔振器前后振动测试与数据对比,测试结果表明:采用弹簧隔振器隔振后,汽轮机发电机组基础台板振动改善明显,振动功率谱密度峰值由原来的0.756m/s 2下降到0.088m/s 2,比安装弹簧隔振器之前下降88.2%,有效地改善汽轮机发电机组基础振动,为后续大型电机组改进性能与整体优化迭代提供设计依据。Based on the gradual maturity of spring vibration isolation technology,aiming at the vibration problem of the steam turbine generator foundation in a domestic electric power plant,this paper carries out theoretical calculation and construction of the models of steam turbine generator and its foundation plate,obtains the relevant modal data through finite-element simulation,analyzes the vibration isolation effect of the generator unit after installing spring vibration isolator,and compares the vibration test and data before and after installing spring vibration isolator on the foundation plate.The test results show that the vibration of the foundation plate of the steam turbine generator unit is significantly improved after the spring vibration isolator is used for vibration isolation.The peak value of the vibration power spectrum density is reduced from 0.756m/s 2 to 0.088m/s 2,which is 88.2%lower than that before the spring vibration isolator is installed.It can effectively improve the vibration of steam turbine generator unit foundation,and provides a design basis for the subsequent performance improvement and overall optimization iteration of the large generator unit.
