摘　　要：现就针对电动机运行过程中的轴承响现象进行浅析研究。电动机轴承响问题是困扰中小型电动机运行质量的难题之一,轴承响问题频发,导致工厂产生了大量维修费用,造成了严重的质量损失及信誉损失,对整个工业生产链产生严重影响。This paper briefly analyzes the abnormal noise of bearings in operation process of electric motor,which is one of the difficult problems affecting operation quality of small-and medium-sized electric motors.The frequently-occurred abnormal noise of bearings will lead to a large amount of maintenance costs in the factory,which results in serious quality loss and credibility loss and then seriously impact on the entire industrial production chain.
