摘  要:目的:采用超高效液相色谱串联质谱仪(UPLC-MS/MS)为检测手段,建立蚕丝纤维中14种禁用农药残留同时检测的快速筛查和确证技术。方法:用加速溶剂萃取的方式,以乙腈萃取,QuEChERS净化,UPLC-MS/MS确证检测,外标法定量。结果:该方法中14种常用农药的定量限为0.005 mg/kg~0.020 mg/kg。回收率范围为60.9%~92.8%,变异系数为3.2%~10.8%。结论:该方法稳定性好,灵敏度高,适用于蚕丝中农药残留的快速筛查检测。Objective:To establish a rapid screening and confirmation technique for the simultaneous detection of 14 prohib⁃ited pesticide residues in silk fibers using ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLCMS/MS).Methods:Using accelerated solvent extraction,acetonitrile extraction,QuEChERS purification,LC-MS/MS con⁃firmatory detection,and external standard method for quantification.Results:The lower limit for the determination of 14 commonly used pesticides in this method was 0.005 mg/kg~0.020 mg/kg.The recovery ranged from 60.9%to 92.8%,with a coefficient of variation of 3.2%to 10.8%.Conclusion:The method has good stability and high sensitivity,and is suitable for rapid screening and detection of pesticide residues in silk.
