摘  要:目的:建立用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定养殖鸡及饲料中铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、锰(Mn)、硒(Se)、钴(Co)、铬(Cr)7种微量元素含量的方法。方法:微波消解法处理样品,采用ICP-MS法测定,射频功率1500 W,采用氦气碰撞模式,载气为氩气,载气流速0.7 L·min^(-1),等离子体气体流速15.0 L·min^(-1),泵速0.3r·s^(-1)。结果:7种微量元素线性关系良好(r>0.9973);加样回收率为88.0%~95.6%(n=6);精密度为0.26%~4.06%(n=6);检测限为0.0003~0.3mg·kg^(-1)。结论:本方法准确可靠、灵敏简便,可用于养殖鸡及饲料中多种微量元素的质量研究,同时为测定同类基质中此7种微量元素提供技术参考。Objective:to establish a method for the determination of iron(Fe),copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),manganese (Mn),selenium(Se),cobalt(Co)and chromium(Cr)in Raise chickens and feeds by micronutrient mass spectrometry(ICPMS)was developed.Methods:the samples were treated by microwave digestion and determined by ICP-MS.The RF power was 1500W,and the helium collision mode was used.The carrier gas was argon,the carrier gas flow rate was 0.7 L·min^(-1),the plasma gas flow rate was 15.0 L·min^(-1),and the pump speed was 0.3 R·s^(-1).Results:the micronutrient showed a good lin⁃ear relationship(r>0.9973),the recoveries were 88.0%~95.6%(N=6),the precision was 0.26%~4.06%(N=6),and the detection limit was 0.0003~0.3 mg·kg^(-1).Conclusion:this method is accurate,reliable,sensitive and simple.It can be used for the quality control of micronutrient in Raise chickens and feeds,and for the determination of micronutrient in the same kind of substrate.
