摘　　要：为提高产品设计可重用中模型检索的精度,提出了一种结合总体及零件参数的装配体CAD模型检索方法.首先,从CAD系统中直接获取装配体模型总体的几何参数和属性数据,归一化后生成参数矢量,与模型快照图像包含的轮廓、颜色等信息共同描述装配体在总体层次的特征,通过曼哈顿距离及轮廓、颜色比较计算总体层次非相似度.其次,获取装配体模型各零件参数,通过归一化生成表示零件的参数矢量,将包含各零件参数矢量的集合作为装配体在零件层次的描述符,采用修改的豪斯多夫距离计算零件层次非相似度.最后,将总体层次和零件层次的非相似度加权相加,得到装配体模型之间的非相似度并用于检索.实验结果表明,所提出的方法能够有效检索出与查询模型相似的装配体.To improve the accuracy of model retrieval in product design reusability,an assembly CAD model retrieval method that combines global and parts parameters is proposed.Firstly,the geometric parameters and attributes of the assembly model are obtained directly from the CAD system and normalized to generate a parameter vector,which describes the characteristics of the assembly at the global-level together with the contours and color information contained in the snapshots images of the model.The dissimilarity at the global-level is calculated by Manhattan distance and comparing contours and color.Secondly,the parameters of each part of the assembly model are obtained,and the parameter vectors of the parts are generated by normalization.The set containing the parameter vectors of the parts is used as the descriptor of the assembly at the parts-level,and modified Hausdorff distance is used to calculate the dissimilarity at the parts-level.Finally,the weighted dissimilarities of the global-level and the parts-level are added together for the retrieval of assembly models.The experimental results show that using the proposed method can effectively retrieve assemblies similar to the query model.
