摘  要:对某电厂锅炉燃烧器温度场测量发现,锅炉燃烧器区域每层四个角之间的温度场存在明显差异,即锅炉炉膛的四角燃烧呈现出显著的偏烧现象,影响锅炉安全运行。所设计的锅炉在线式温度场测量系统可以实时观测到燃烧器火焰温度场的变化情况,发现异常燃烧及发生偏烧的位置。项目中通过在锅炉水平烟道增加红外测温装置,实现在线监测温度。通过图像镜片组观测燃烧器火焰的稳燃区温度场。仪器的测量结果可以通过控制柜内配带的处理器直接处理后,通过操作员站进行温度场图像显示,并计算出温度场的最大、最小和平均温度,或根据需要将计算数据接到DCS系统。该系统已投入使用,锅炉运行效率和安全性显著提高。The measurement of the temperature field of a boiler burner in a power plant found that there are obvious differences in the temperature field between the four corners of each layer of the boiler burner area,the four corners of the boiler furnace show a significant phenomenon of partial combustion,which affects the safe operation of the boiler.The designed online temperature field measurement system of boiler can observe the change of burner flame temperature field in real time,and find out the abnormal combustion and the location of partial combustion.In the project,an infrared temperature measuring device is added to the horizontal flue of the boiler to realize online temperature monitoring.Observe the temperature field in the stable combustion zone of the burner flame through the image lens group.The measured results of the instrument can be directly processed by the processor equipped in the control cabinet,and then the temperature field image can be displayed through the operator station,and the maximum,minimum and average temperature of the temperature field can be calculated,or the calculated data can be connected to the DCS system as required.The system has been put into use,and the boiler operation efficiency and safety have been significantly improved.
