摘 要:交流接触器在接通和分断过程中,触头受到较大的冲击和碰撞,导致触头磨损和逐步损伤,从而造成交流接触器的性能下降和电寿命降低。科学评价交流接触器触头的性能是交流接触器设计、制造、选择和使用的关键。优势关系粗糙集理论是传统粗糙集理论的拓展,能较好处理偏次序信息问题,操作性能好,计算简便。文中以交流接触器触头的动态响应参数为指标,采用优势关系粗糙集理论对交流接触器触头的综合性能进行评价,以克服传统模糊综合评价法的不足。评价结果切合实际,客观可靠。In the process of connecting and breaking of AC contactor,the contact is subjected to a large impact and collision,resulting in contact wear and gradual damage,resulting in decreased performance of AC contactor and electrical life.The scientific evaluation of the performance of the AC contactor is the key to the design,manufacture,selection and use of the AC contactor.The dominance relation rough set theory is the development of the traditional rough set theory,can handle the partial order information problem well,the operation performance is good,the computation is simple.In this paper,based on the dynamic response parameters of the contact of the AC contactor,the comprehensive performance of the contactor is evaluated by using the theory of dominance relation rough set to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation results are practical,objective,and reliable.
