Objective To analyze the effect of vaginal microecology on human papilloma virus(HPV)infection. Methods A total of 80 patients with HPV infection treated in Yangzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the HPV group, and 80 women who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the reference group. The vaginal microecology, including vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC),trichomonas vaginitis(TV)and bacterial vaginosis(BV),was compared between the two groups, and the influencing factors of HPV infection were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression. Results There were statistically significant differences in cleanliness, flora density, flora diversity,pH value, hydrogen peroxide content,VVC,TV,and BV between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that cleanliness, flora density, abnormal flora diversity,pH value>4.5,hydrogen peroxide content<2μmol/L,VVC,TV and BV were the influencing factors of HPV infection(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal vaginal microecology can increase the risk of HPV infection.
