摘　　要：目的探讨复合乳酸菌联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月渭南市富平县医院儿科收治的180例轮状病毒感染性腹泻患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各90例。对照组采用蒙脱石散治疗,观察组采用复合乳酸菌联合蒙脱石散治疗。比较两组治疗效果及炎症因子水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白、白介素-6、白介素-17水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复合乳酸菌联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻的临床效果确切,可显著改善炎症因子水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Lactobacillus combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of children with rotavirus infectious diarrhea.Methods A total of 180 children with rotavirus infectious diarrhea admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Fuping County Hospital of Weinan City from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder,and the observation group was treated with Compound Lactobacillus combined with Montmorillonite Powder.The therapeutic effect and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and interleukin-17 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Compound Lactobacillus combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of children with rotavirus infectious diarrhea is exact,and it can significantly improve the levels of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical application.
