儿童清咽解热口服液联合头孢克洛治疗小儿急性细菌性上呼吸道感染的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童清咽解热口服液联合头孢克洛治疗小儿急性细菌性上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法选取2021年11月至2022年12月山东大学附属儿童医院急诊科诊治的140例急性细菌性上呼吸道感染患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各70例。对照组予以头孢克洛干混悬剂,治疗组在对照组基础上予以儿童清咽解热口服液。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、血常规指标、C反应蛋白(CRP)及降钙素原(PCT)。结果治疗组总有效率(97.14%)高于对照组(85.71%)(P<0.05)。治疗组各项临床症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组白细胞及中性粒细胞比例均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组CRP及PCT均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论儿童清咽解热口服液联合头孢克洛治疗小儿急性细菌性上呼吸道感染的临床效果较好,能加速临床症状的缓解,有效改善血常规指标、CRP及PCT,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ertong Qingyan Jiere Koufuye combined with Cefaclor in the treatment of acute bacterial upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods A total of 140 children with acute bacterial upper respiratory tract infection diagnosed and treated in the Department of Emergency of Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given Cefaclor Dry Suspension,and the treatment group was given Ertong Qingyan Jiere Koufuye on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptom disappearance time,blood routine indexes,C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group(85.71%)(P<0.05).The disappearance time of all clinical symptoms in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,white blood cell and neutrophil percentage in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP and PCT in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ertong Qingyan Jiere Koufuye combined with Cefaclor has good clinical effect in the treatment of acute bacterial upper respiratory tract infection in children,which can accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms,effectively improve blood routine indexes,CRP and PCT,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
