摘　　要：目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月南通市第三人民医院收治的160例腹泻患儿,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=80)与观察组(n=80)。对照组采用蒙脱石散治疗,观察组采用双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状改善时间、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素(IL)-6、IL-10水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组腹泻、发热、呕吐改善及大便性状恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻能够改善症状,减轻炎症反应,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Powder combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 160 children with diarrhea in Nantong Third People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=80)and observation group(n=80)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder,while the observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Powder combined with Montmorillonite Powder.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-6,and IL-10 were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of diarrhea,fever,vomiting and the return time of stool characteristics in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Powder combined with Montmorillonite Powder treating diarrhea in children can improve symptoms and reduce inflammatory reaction,which is worth popul arizing and applying.
