摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗新生儿肺炎的效果。方法选取2020年8月至2022年8月郓城县人民医院收治的82例肺炎新生儿为研究对象,依照随机信封法分为两组,每组41例。对照组行常规治疗,研究组应用小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗,对比两组治疗总有效率、症状恢复时间、炎症因子水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组症状恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、C反应蛋白和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗新生儿肺炎效果显著,可加快患儿症状恢复,减轻炎症反应,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of low-dose Dopamine combined with Dobutamine in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia.Methods A total of 82 neonates with pneumonia in Yuncheng County People’s Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the random envelope method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the study group received low-dose Dopamine combined with Dobutamine treatment.The overall response rate,symptom recovery time,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The symptom recovery time in the study group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin(IL)-8,IL-6,C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose Dopamine combined with Dobutamine treating neonatal pneumonia has remarkable effect,which can reduce inflammation reaction and is worthy of clinical promotion.
