摘　　要：目的探讨奥瑞姆自理模式在妊娠糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年2月至2022年1月南京医科大学附属南京医院收治的83例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(41例)与观察组(42例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用奥瑞姆自理模式,比较两组自我效能。结果观察组干预后自我效能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥瑞姆自理模式在妊娠糖尿病患者中的应用效果较好,能够提升自我效能。Objective To explore the application effect of Orem self-care model in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 83 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from February 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(41 cases)and the observation group(42 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given Orem self-care model.The self-efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The self-efficacy score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Orem self-care model has a good application effect in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,which can improve self-efficacy.
