基于重要性-表现程度分析法的个体化居家照护方案在青少年脊柱侧弯护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于重要性-表现程度分析法(IPA)的个体化居家照护方案在青少年脊柱侧弯护理中的应用。方法选取2021年12月至2022年12月于沈阳市儿童医院康复医学三病房就诊的65例青少年脊柱侧弯患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(32例)和观察组(33例)。对照组予以常规延续护理方案,观察组予以基于IPA的个体化居家照护方案。比较两组生活质量及自我效能。结果观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组自我效能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于IPA的个体化居家照护方案在青少年脊柱侧弯护理中的应用,可有效提高患儿的生活质量与自我效能,临床可应用推广。Objective To investigate the application of individualized home care program based on importance and performance analysis(IPA)in the nursing of adolescent scoliosis.Methods A total of 65 adolescents with scoliosis treated in the Third Ward of Rehabilitation Medicine of Shenyang Children’s Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(32 cases)and the observation group(33 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine extended care program,and the observation group was given individualized home care program based on IPA.The quality of life and self-efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-efficacy score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized home care program based on IPA in the nursing of adolescent scoliosis can effectively improve the quality of life and self-efficacy of children,which can be applied and promoted in clinical practice.
