全程优质护理在术中接受麻醉深度指数监测的口腔疾病手术患儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨全程优质护理在术中接受麻醉深度指数监测的口腔疾病手术患儿中的应用。方法选取2022年1月至2023年5月泰安市口腔医院收治的72例口腔疾病手术患儿,按照抽签法分为对照组与研究组,每组各36例。两组均接受麻醉深度指数监测,对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以全程优质护理。比较两组负面情绪、麻醉苏醒期躁动发生率及疼痛情况。结果护理后,研究组儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表、儿童抑郁量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组麻醉苏醒期躁动发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后30 min及术后1 h的儿童疼痛行为量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程优质护理在术中接受麻醉深度指数监测的口腔疾病手术患儿中的应用,可改善患儿负面情绪,减轻术后疼痛,降低麻醉苏醒期躁动发生率。Objective To investigate the application of whole-course high quality nursing in children with oral diseases undergoing intraoperative monitoring of depth index of anesthesia.Methods From January 2022 to May 2023,72 children with oral diseases undergoing surgery in Tai’an Stomatological Hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the lottery method,with 36 cases in each group.Both groups received anesthesia depth index monitoring,the control group was given routine nursing,the study group was given whole-course high quality nursing.The incidence of negative emotions,agitation during anesthesia recovery and pain were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders and children’s depression inventory in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of agitation during anesthesia recovery in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of face,legs,activity,crying,corsolability behavioral tool 30 min and 1 h after operation in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole-course high quality nursing in children with oral diseases undergoing intraoperative monitoring of depth index of anesthesia can improve their negative emotions,reduce postoperative pain,and reduce the incidence of agitation during anesthesia recovery.
