养老保险对中国农户生计策略的影响——基于CHARLS两期数据的PSM-DID方法

摘　　要：利用CHARLS的面板数据,选取PSM-DID模型,研究养老保险是否影响农户生计策略,对不同区域农户产生怎样的影响,得出如下结论:(1)养老保险对不同类型农户所产生的影响有所不同:领取养老保险会使农户选择纯农型生计策略的意愿下降,会增加农户选择农业兼业型生计策略、非农兼业型生计策略以及非农业型生计策略的意愿;(2)养老保险对不同地区农户生计策略类型所产生的影响程度也有所不同:在领取养老保险后北方农户比南方农户选择纯农型生计策略的意愿下降更多,对于农业兼业以及非农业型的生计策略,南方农户选择意愿较多于北方农户;然而对于非农兼业型生计策略而言,北方农户选择意愿较高于南方农户。研究结果经过半径匹配、近邻+半径匹配、核匹配以及安慰剂检验,进一步证实了结论的可靠性。CHARLS panel data with PSM-DID model are used to study whether pension insurance affects farmers’livelihood strategies and how it affects farmers in different regions.The results are as follows.The impact of endowment insurance on different types of farmers is different:Receiving endowment insurance will decrease farmers’willingness to choose pure agricultural livelihood strategy,and will increase farmers’willingness to choose agricultural part-time livelihood strategy,non-agricultural part-time livelihood strategy and non-agricultural livelihood strategy.The impact of endowment insurance on the types of livelihood strategies of farmers in different regions is also different:After receiving endowment insurance,northern farmers’willingness to choose pure agricultural livelihood strategy decline more than southern farmers,and southern farmers’willingness to choose agricultural part-time and non-agricultural livelihood strategy is more than northern farmers’willingness to choose agricultural part-time and non-agricultural livelihood strategy.However,for the non-agricultural and part-time livelihood strategy,farmers in the north are more willing to choose than those in the south.The results of the study were further confirmed by radius matching,nearest neighbor-radius matching,nuclear matching,and placebo tests.
