摘　　要：分析了航海类轮机工程专业在新工科建设背景下人才培养中存在的一些问题,并从人才培养目标、专业毕业(培养)要求、专业课程体系与教学模式、师资队伍建设等方面提出了改革措施。结合新工科建设及最新海事规则,有效推进人才培养模式改革,培养契合国家海洋强国战略与海运行业发展需求的综合性应用型航运人才。This paper analyzes some problems existing in the talent training of marine engineering specialty under the background of new engineering,and puts forward some reform measures in the talent training objectives,the graduation requirements,the curriculum system and teaching mode,and the construction of teaching staff.Combined with the national new engineering construction and the latest maritime rules,the education reform of talent training mode is effectively promoted,and cultivate comprehensive applied shipping talents that meet the national strategy of maritime power and the development needs of the maritime industry..
