摘　　要：教材作为教学内容的重要载体,对于提高院校教学水平、提升人才培养质量具有重要意义。随着士官院校教学转型和实战化教学改革的深入推进,针对教材建设的困境,从教材编写理念、教材内容和编写队伍等方面探讨和分析了士官教育教材建设的方法与路径。As an important carrier of teaching,teaching material is significant in improving teaching level and bettering talent quality ofmilitary education.With the advancement of teaching transformation and teaching reform under real-war condition of non-commissioned officer schools,this paper,aiming at the present problems in textbook compiling,proposes the constructive solutions from the aspects of compiling concept,teaching content and compiling group of teaching material.
