摘　　要：致密扩散障层极限电流型氧传感器具有结构简单、响应速度快、成本低廉等优点,可广泛应用于冶金、汽车、航天等多种领域。本文从极限电流型氧传感器的工作原理与分类、固体电解质、扩散障碍层材料及氧传感器的制备工艺等方面,对近年来致密扩散障碍层极限电流型氧传感器用材料的研究进展及传感器的制备工艺进行了综述,并对致密扩散障碍层极限电流型氧传感器用中低温电解质材料提出了发展方向。Dense diffusion barrier limit current type oxygen sensor has the advantages of simple structure,fast response speed and low cost,and can be widely used in metallurgy,automobile,aerospace and other fields.In this paper,from the working principle and classification of limiting current type oxygen sensor,solid electrolyte,diffusion barrier layer materials and oxygen sensor preparation technology,the recent research progress of dense diffusion barrier layer limiting current type oxygen sensor materials and sensor preparation technology are reviewed.The development direction of medium and low temperature electrolyte materials for limiting current type oxygen sensor with dense diffusion barrier layer is proposed.
