摘  要:为探究不同栽培基质对云杉幼苗生长的影响,采用不同栽培基质对云杉幼苗进行育苗试验,对比了不同栽培基质条件下云杉幼苗生长情况。结果显示:栽培基质中,泥炭、椰糠、珍珠岩分别占20%、30%、50%的情况下,云杉幼苗与地径生长状况最好,最有利于云杉幼苗根部的生长;泥炭、椰糠、珍珠岩分别占50%、30%、20%的情况下,不利于云杉幼苗干物质的积累;而泥炭、椰糠、珍珠岩分别占30%、30%、40%的情况下,云杉幼苗干物质积累状况较好。试验结果对云杉幼苗培育过程中科学选择基质配方提供了一定的理论依据。In order to explore the effects of different culture medium on the growth of Picea asperata seedlings,seedling experiments were carried out with different culture medium,and the growth of Picea asperata seedlings under different culture medium conditions were compared.The results showed that when peat,coconut bran and perlite accounted for 20%,30%and 50%,respectively,the growth of Picea asperata seedlings and ground diameter was the best,which was the best for the root growth of Picea asperata seedlings.When peat,coconut bran and perlite accounted for 50%,30%and 20%respectively,the dry matter accumulation of Picea asperata seedlings was not favorable.When peat,coconut bran and perlite accounted for 30%,30%and 40%respectively,the dry matter accumulation of Picea asperata seedlings was better.The experimental results provided a theoretical basis for the scientific selection of matrix formula in the breeding process of Picea asperata seedlings.
