钙胁迫对桉树幼苗生长情况的影响

摘  要:为探究钙胁迫对桉树幼苗生长的影响,考察了不同钙元素浓度下桉树幼苗苗高、平均增长速率、地径及生物量等指标。结果显示:100%营养液处理的桉树幼苗净增长量最高(85.1 cm),苗高平均增长速率最高(1.42 cm/d),地径最大(0.98 cm),分枝数量最高(25条),生物量最高。研究发现,钙元素缺乏、钙元素低量或钙元素过量处理下苗高平均增长速率均高于未进行营养液处理的空白对照(CK),与CK相比,营养液处理下桉树幼苗地径均得到显著的提高;贫瘠的土壤条件下可促进桉树幼苗的根系生长。In order to investigate the effects of calcium stress on the growth of Eucalyptus robusta seedling,the seedling height,average growth rate,ground diameter and biomass of Eucalyptus robusta seedling were investigated under different calcium concentrations.The results showed that Eucalyptus robusta seedling treated with 100%nutrient solution had the highest net growth(85.1 cm),the highest average growth rate of seedling height(1.42 cm/d),the largest ground diameter(0.98 cm),the highest number of branches(25)and the highest biomass.The results showed that the average growth rate of seedling height under calcium deficiency,low calcium content or excessive calcium treatment was higher than that of blank control(CK)without nutrient solution treatment.Compared with CK,the ground diameter of Eucalyptus robusta seedling under nutrient solution treatment was significantly increased.Poor soil conditions can promote the root growth of Eucalyptus robusta seedling.
