摘  要:设计了近红外光响应光热抗菌水凝胶的制备与性能研究的综合性创新实验。在本实验中,制备了基于金纳米颗粒和抗菌肽的复合水凝胶,并使用相关设备研究了其体外抗菌性能。结果显示,所制备的抗菌水凝胶具有良好的杀菌效果,并可凭借近红外光得到进一步加强。本实验选题具有一定的实际应用价值,有助于激发学生的科研热情,培养学生的科学素养和团队精神,提高学生的实践能力和综合素质。A comprehensive innovative experiment on the preparation and properties of near-infrared photothermal antibacterial hydrogel was designed.In this experiment,composite hydrogels were prepared based on gold nanoparticles and antimicrobial peptides,and related equipment was used to study their antibacterial properties in vitro.The results showed that the composite hydrogel had good germicidal efficacy and could be further enhanced by near-infrared light.The selected topic of this experiment had a certain practical application value,which was helpful to stimulate students enthusiasm for scientific research,cultivate students scientific literacy and team spirit,and improve students practical ability and comprehensive quality.
