摘 要:以碳布(CC)为基底,采用化学沉积、恒电位极化及电化学沉积法制备出Ni(OH)_(2)/CC复合材料和Y(OH)_(3)@Ni(OH)_(2)碳纤维复合材料(Y(OH)_(3)@Ni(OH)_(2)/CC)。以X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试研究样品的结构、表面形貌和化学组成;利用电化学工作站的循环伏安(CV)、交流阻抗(EIS)等技术对样品的电化学性能进行研究。实验结果表明,该复合材料经恒电流50 mA/cm^(2)充放电测试,其面积比电容为1017 mF/cm^(2),CV循环1000圈其面积比电容相对于初始面积比电容的保持率为167%。Ni(OH)_(2)/CC composites and Y(OH)_(3)@Ni(OH)_(2)carbon fiber composites(Y(OH)_(3)@Ni(OH)_(2)/CC)were prepared on carbon cloth(CC)by chemical deposition,potentiostatic polarization and electrochemical deposition.The structure,surface morphology and chemical composition of the samples were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The electrochemical properties of the samples were studied by using cyclic voltammetry(CV)and alternating current impedance(EIS)techniques of electrochemical workstation.The experimental results showed that the area ratio capacitance of the composite was 1017 mF/cm^(2)after constant current 50 mA/cm^(2)charge-discharge test,and the retention ratio of the area ratio capacitance to the initial area ratio capacitance of CV cycle 1000 cycles was 167%.
