摘  要:采用乳液聚合的工艺,合成了有机硅氧烷-丙烯酸酯共聚的水性可剥保护涂层树脂,研究了理论T g的设计、TMPTA内交联设计、极性基团、硅氧烷种类和用量对涂层性能的影响,研究表明,当理论T g设计为20℃,TMPTA内交联剂用量为4%时,胶膜强度和拉伸率适中;羟基、羧基等极性基团有利于粉体的包裹和乳液合成的稳定性,但对涂层剥离性有负面作用,因此选择MAA最低添加量为1%;接枝情况最理想的硅氧烷单体是Silok 3823F6,接枝用量为9%时,剥离效果最好。A water-based peeling protective coating resin of organosiloxane-acrylate copolymerization was synthesized by emulsion polymerization.The effects of theoretical T g design,internal cross-linking design of TMPTA,polar groups,type and dosage of siloxane on coating properties were studied.The results showed that when the theoretical T g design was 20℃and the amount of TMPTA crosslinker was 4%,the film strength and tensile ratio were moderate.Polar groups such as hydroxyl and carboxyl groups were beneficial to the coating of powder and the stability of emulsion synthesis,but had negative effects on the peel property of the coating,so the minimum addition amount of MAA was 1%.Silok 3823F6 was the siloxane monomer with the best grafting condition,and the peeling effect was the best when the grafting dosage was 9%.
