摘　　要：建立HPLC-PDA法同时测定鼠尾草中迷迭香酸和芦丁的含量。采用Hypersil ODS2(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为固定相,乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长256 nm和330 nm,柱温25℃,流速1.0 mL/min,进样量20μL。测得迷迭香酸和芦丁分别在2.02~101.04 g/mL(r=0.9998)、0.91~45.34μg/mL(r=0.9999)浓度范围内有良好的线性关系。迷迭香酸和芦丁的平均回收率分别为100.20%,100.49%;RSD分别为1.44%和1.62%。该方法同时测定鼠尾草中迷迭香酸和芦丁的含量,为鼠尾草药材资源建立统一的质量评价体系提供科学依据。To establish an HPLC-PDA method for simultaneous determination of rosmarinic acid and rutin in salvia cavaleriei,hypersil ODS2(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used as the stationary phase,acetonitrile-0.1%phosphate aqueous solution(20∶80)was used as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 256 nm and 330 nm,the column temperature was 25℃,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the injection volume was 20μL.Rosmarinic acid and rutin had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 2.02~101.04 g/mL(r=0.9998)and 0.91~45.34μg/mL(r=0.9999),respectively.The average recoveries of rosmarinic acid and rutin were 100.20%and 100.49%,respectively.RSDS were 1.44%and 1.62%,respectively.This method was used to determine the contents of rosmarinic acid and rutin in salvia cavaleriei,and provide a scientific basis for establishing a unified quality evaluation system of salvia cavaleriei.
