摘  要:昆明滇池水务环境监测有限公司检测水中砷采用的方法是水质汞、砷、硒、铋和锑的测定原子荧光法(HJ 694-2014)。日常检测过程中出现标准曲线线性不好,标样超差和加标回收率不达的情况。主要通过对标样超差的原因进行分析和试验,找到了引起标样超差的主要原因。通过对不符合项整改后标准曲线相关系数≥0.997,砷标样200445测定值满足(34.8±2.9)μg/L,加标回收率在70%~130%之间,符合标准HJ 694-2014分析要求。各项指标均得到明显改善,分析结果能够满足实验室质量管理要求。The method used by Kunming Dianchi Water Environment Monitoring Co.,Ltd.to detect arsenic in water is Water Quality-Determination of Mercury,Arsenic,Selenium,Bismuth and Antimony-Atomic Fluorescence Method(HJ 694-2014).In the daily detection process,the linearity of the standard curve is not good,the standard sample is out of tolerance and the recovery rate of the standard addition is not up to the standard.The causes of the standard sample out of tolerance was mainly analyzed and tested,and the main cause of the standard sample out of tolerance was found.The correlation coefficient of the standard curve after rectification for the non-conforming items was greater than or equal to 0.997,the measured value of arsenic standard sample 200445 met(34.8±2.9)μg/L,and the recovery rate of standard addition was between 70%and 130%,which met the analysis requirements of the standard HJ 694-2014.All indicators had been significantly improved,and the analysis results could meet the requirements of laboratory quality management.
