校园防火用GFRE复合涂层力学性能分析

摘  要:为了提高校园防火用玻璃纤维增强环氧(GFRE)复合涂层力学性能,将碳纳米管(CNTs)均匀分散在环氧树脂(EP)中,制备了CNTs/GFRE复合涂层。通过试验测试的手段重点分析各类不同含量的官能团条件下GFRE的力学特性。研究结果表明:与纯GFRE试样相比,不同官能团CNTs/GFRE获得更高拉伸强度,拉伸模量也明显增大,拉伸强度提高最明显的是加入CNTsOH复合涂层,含有不同官能团的CNTs/GFRE依次增大了22.8%、30.1%与25.1%的弯曲强度,弯曲模量依次增大2.7%、5.1%与3.2%。In order to improve the mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced epoxy composite coating(GFRE),carbon nanotubes(CNTs) were evenly dispersed in epoxy resin(EP),and CNTs/GFRE composite coating was prepared.The mechanical properties of GFRE under various functional groups with different contents were analyzed by means of experimental tests.The results showed that compared with pure GFRE samples,CNTs/GFRE containing different functional groups obtained higher tensile strength and significantly increased tensile modulus.The most obvious improvement in tensile strength was the composite coating with CNTsOH.Compared with pure GFRE composite coating,the bending strength of CNTs/GFRE containing different functional groups increased by 22.8%、30.1% and 25.1%,and the bending modulus increased by 2.7%、5.1% and 3.2%.
