摘　　要：教育管理作为高等教育中的重要环节,深刻地影响各类教育工作开展的情况。在全面落实教育改革下,各大院校纷纷展开创新探索,但更多的重视技术和教学模式的改革,忽视教学管理创新,造成教育管理的支持力度不足。通过深入分析当前创新创业教育现状,针对其存在的不足提出具体的创新创业教育管理对策,以期为创新创业人才培养工作以供参考。Education management,as an important link in higher education,has a profound impact on the development of various educational work.Under the comprehensive implementation of educational reform,various universities have launched innovative explorations,but more emphasis has been placed on the reform of technology and teaching models,neglecting innovation in teaching management,resulting in insufficient support for educational management.Through in-depth analysis of the current status of innovation and entrepreneurship education,specific management strategies for innovation and entrepreneurship education are proposed to address its shortcomings,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
