摘  要:本文以数控技术专业为例进行,在1+X证书制度下进行技能型创新人才“双主体,双证融通,双轨并进”培养研究,校企双主体进行人才培养,毕业证与职业技能等级证书融通,课上课下双轨进行人才培养。同时进行课程体系和教学内容的改革,使之更符合创新人才培养的需求。Taking numerical control technology major as an example,this paper conducts training research on “double subject,double certificate integration and double track progress” of skilled innovative talents under the “1+X” certificate system,conducts personnel training on double-subject of school and enterprise,integrates graduation certificate and vocational skill level certificate,and conducts personnel training on double-track in class and after class.At the same time,the reform of curriculum system and teaching content should be reformed to meet the needs of innovative talents training.
