协同视角下对高校外语言服务人才能力研究

摘　　要：全球经济、贸易、文化的交流和信息科技革命的迅猛发展,促进了语言服务业的快速增长,随之对语言服务人才培养提出了更高要求。该研究从语言服务人才培养现状与社会需求的协同关系入手,分析高校语言服务人才应具备的能力。通过分析各项能力之间的协同关系和当前存在的问题,反观高校外语教学,从人才培养理念、课程体系构建、课堂教学设计等不同层面进行教学改革,加强多项能力的融合培养,提高人才培养的适切性。With the rapid development of global economy,trade,cultural exchanges and information technology revolution,the language service industry has been promoted,which has put forward higher requirements for the training of language service talents.Based on the synergistic relationship between the current situation of language service talent training and social needs,this study analyzes the abilities that language service talents should have.After analyzing the synergistic relationship between various abilities,and introspecting foreign language teaching in colleges and universities,teaching reform should be carried out from different levels such as changing talent training concept,constructing curriculum system,and designing classroom teaching,so as to strengthen integrated training to improve the relevance of talent training.
