摘 要:健身气功作为《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》大力推广发展项目以及民族传统体育的重要组成部分,以“三调”为优势成为大众健身的优势择项目,对生理和心理发展有着积极作用。近年来,大学生心理健康状况受到广泛关注,因此文章运用文献资料法、调查法、实验法等研究方法对普通大学生进行运动干预,探究健身气功对普通大学生心理健康的影响状况。研究结果表明:普通大学生对健身气功接受程度较高,对于大学生强迫症、焦虑、敌对、抑郁等现象的改善效果较为明显,反映出健身气功能够明显改善普通高校大学生心理健康。鉴于此,建议高校重视学生心理健康问题,并根据实际情况采取针对性解决方案,可在高校全面推广健身气功项目课程,建立针对性健身气功运动处方。Fitness Qigong,as an important part of the"Outline"and an important part of traditional ethnic sports,has become a priority choice for mass fitness with the advantage of"three tones",which plays a positive role in the physiological and psychological development of human body.In recent years,college students have frequent psychological problems,and their mental health status has been widely concerned.Therefore,this paper uses the methods of literature,investigation and experiment to conduct exercise intervention for ordinary college students,to explore the influence of fitness Qigong on the mental health of ordinary college students.The results show that:general college students have a high acceptance of fitness qigong,and the improvement effect on college students obsessive-compulsive disorder,anxiety,hostility,depression and other phenomena is obvious,which can reflect that fitness Qigong can significantly improve the mental health level of college students.In view of this,it is suggested that colleges and universities pay attention to students'mental health problems and take targeted solutions according to the actual situation.Fitness qigong courses can be fully promoted in colleges and universities,and targeted fitness Qigong exercise prescriptions can be established.
