摘　　要：在宅基地“三权分置”背景下中国有序开展了农村宅基地整理的探索。利用中国土地经济调查(CLES)数据资料,基于PSM建立面板排序选择模型,分析了“三权分置”下宅基地整理对农村生态环境的影响。结果表明:(1)宅基地整理和“三权分置”均能够显著改善农村生态环境;(2)宅基地整理主要通过增强外出劳动力人数、以柴草为燃料的农户数量以及弱化农村污水处理设施对农村生态环境的边际效应进而作用于农村生态环境;(3)外出劳动力人数和垃圾桶数量增长能够改善农村生态环境,而县城距离、是否位于郊区以及垃圾转运车数量增长将会导致农村生态环境恶化。建议在基层政府组织的引导下稳慎推进农村宅基地整理进而改善农村生态环境。In the context of the"three rights separation"of rural residential land,China has carried out an orderly investigation of rural residential land consolidation.This paper uses data from the China Land Economic Survey(CLES)to build a panel ranking selection model based on PSM to analyze the impact of residential land consolidation on the rural ecological environment under the"three rights separation".The results show that:(1)Both the residential land consolidation and the"three rights separation"have a significant positive impact on the rural ecological environment.(2)The residential land consolidation mainly acts on rural ecological environment by enhancing the marginal effect of number of out-of-town workers,and number of farmers using firewood as fuel,weakening the marginal effect of rural wastewater treatment facilities.(3)The number of migrant workers and the number of garbage bins have a negative correlation with the rural ecological environment,while the distance to county towns,whether located in suburban areas or not,and the number of garbage transfer vehicles have a positive correlation with the rural ecological environment.It is recommended that rural residential land consolidation should be promoted in a prudent manner under the guidance of grass-roots government organizations to improve the rural ecological environment.
