摘 要:中国耕地生态系统受损日趋严重,识别具有重要生态系统保护价值的耕地并进行差异化管控意义重大。参考欧盟高自然价值农田理念并结合中国国情,提出高自然价值耕地的内涵,建立涵盖空间组成结构和关键功能的纵向传导识别方法,基于“利用强度—邻域环境—本底条件”的综合分类体系,对高自然价值耕地进行空间识别和类型划分,并以成都平原经济区为例开展实证研究。结果表明:(1)高自然价值耕地以保护资源本底为目标,在具备基本生产功能的同时,对维持生物多样性、景观异质性等方面具有重要作用;(2)研究区共有高自然价值耕地21.04×10^(4)hm^(2),占耕地总量的11.6%,主要分布于中部平原向西部山地的过渡地带以及南部浅丘地区;(3)研究区的高自然价值耕地包括自然演退防治类、综合效益提升类、人为干扰管控类、区域特色挖掘类、立地优化整理类和现状重点保护类。研究结果可为推动耕地多元功能保护,创新耕地生态系统保护提供有益参考。The damage to China's cultivated land ecosystem is becoming increasingly severe,and identifying cultivated land with important ecosystem protection value and conducting differentiated management and control is of great significance.This study refers to the concept of High Nature Value farmland in the European Union conbined with China's national conditions,proposes the connotation of High Nature Value cultivated land,establishes a vertical transmission identification method covering spatial composition structure and key functions,and conducts spatial identification and classification of High Nature Value cultivated land based on the comprehensive classification system of"utilization intensity-neighborhood environment-background conditions",and takes Chengdu Plain Economic Zone as an example to carry out empirical research.The results indicate that:(1)High Nature Value cultivated land aimed at protecting the resource base,plays an important role in maintaining biodiversity,landscape heterogeneity,and other aspects with basic production functions.(2)The research area has a total of 21.04×10^(4) hm^(2) of High Nature Value cultivated land,accounting for 11.6%of the total cultivated land,mainly distributed in the transition zone from the central plain to the western mountainous areas and in the southern shallow hilly areas.(3)The High Nature Value cultivated land in the research area includes natural regression prevention and control,comprehensive benefit improvement,human interference control,regional characteristic excavation,site optimization and consolidation,and current key protection.This study can provide useful references for promoting the multifunctional protection of cultivated land resources and innovating the protection of cultivated land ecosystems.
