摘 要:针对我国档案信息化实践缺乏文化关注的问题,从信息文化视角开展组织机构档案文化的研究,有助于应用“软系统”思维优化组织机构文档管理实践。通过文献研究等方法,依据结构化理论,探索构建了信息文化视角下的组织机构档案文化分析框架。框架从行为者、技术和规范等不同维度对组织机构档案文化的核心要素进行解析,并阐释了不同维度的结构化互动关系:行为者维与技术维的互动关系表现为支配与改造,行为者维与规范维的互动关系表现为建构与引导/约束;规范维与技术维的互动关系为指导与验证。In view of the lack of attention to the information culture in the archival informationization practice in China,the construction of the analysis framework for analyzing and evaluating the present status and problems of archival culture of organizations can help guide the application of"soft system"thinking to optimize the practical environment.Through literature review,and according to the structuralization theory,this paper constructs the analysis framework from the information culture perspective.From the different dimensions of actors,technology and norms,the relevant elements of organizational archival culture are analyzed,and the interaction between different dimensions is explained:The interaction between the actor dimension and the technical dimension is manifested as domination and transformation,the interaction between the actor dimension and the norms dimension is manifested as construction and guidance/constraint.The interaction between norms dimension and technical dimension serves as guidance and verification.
