摘　　要：本文报道1例产前诊断的脐带插入处巨大绒毛膜板下血栓性血肿孕妇的诊疗经过及分娩结局。孕妇于孕28周经产前超声和MRI检查发现位于脐带插入处下方胎盘巨大血肿;孕期严密监测胎儿生长发育和胎盘情况;因血肿较前明显增大、伴脐血流异常,孕33周^(+5)急诊行剖宫产分娩,母儿结局良好。This article reported the management and outcome of a pregnant woman diagnosed with massive subchorionic thrombohematoma at the umbilical cord insertion.The patient was found to have a large placental hematoma below the insertion site of the umbilical cord at 28 weeks of gestation by ultrasound and MRI.Fetal growth and the condition of the placenta were closely monitored thereafter.The patient was delivered with good maternal and infant outcomes through emergency cesarean section at 33^(+5) weeks of gestation due to a significantly enlarged hematoma with abnormal umbilical blood flow.
