摘　　要：皮肤软组织扩张术是整形外科领域重要的治疗手段,获得的扩张皮瓣在色泽、质地、厚度能够与受区更加匹配,辅以多种多样的术前设计和转移方式能够对全身不同部位进行修复重建。头面颈部的烧伤瘢痕在供区短缺的情况下对外观有着更高的要求,在治疗中需要大量与缺损区域相似的组织,扩张皮瓣在该方面具有难以替代的优势。该文归纳总结了扩张皮瓣治疗头面颈部烧伤后瘢痕的相关文献,为上述临床工作的更好开展提供了有益参考。Skin and soft tissue expansion is an important treatment in the field of plastic surgery.It can not only enables patients to harvest a large number of new soft tissues with matching color,texture and thickness to that surrounding the defective area,but also repair different parts of the body through a variety of preoperative design and transfer method.In the case of shortage of donor sites and higher appearance requirement in head,face and neck,skin and soft tissue expansion is indispensable for the reconstruction of post-burn scar.This article reviews the related literature of skin and soft tissue expansion in the treatment of post-burn scar in head,face and neck,in order to be helpful to the above clinical work.
