摘　　要：越来越多的人意识到肩颈部线条的勾勒对于整体身形气质的影响。近年来, A型肉毒毒素注射改善斜方肌肥大逐渐流行, 并已有大量文献对此进行了报道。该文旨在针对肉毒毒素的机制与应用、斜方肌的解剖学与美学基础、斜方肌注射塑形的方法进展以及术后效果等进行回顾和总结, 以期为临床医师提供参考。More and more people are becoming aware of the impact of shoulder and neck lines on total body shape.Injections of type A botulinum toxin to promote trapezius muscle hypertrophy have been increasingly popular in recent years.A vast amount of literature is reviewed and described to provide reference and guidance to clinicians in this study,which focuses on the mechanism and application of botulinum toxin,the trapezius muscle anatomy and aesthetics foundation,the trapezius muscle injection shaping method,and the postoperative effect of the relevant literature.
